RBI Assistant result 2015 rbi.gov.in Assistants mark sheet Score card Cut off: Reserve Bank of India had successfully conducted written exam for Assistant posts on 01, 08, 09 & 16 August 2015. Earlier RBI had successfully completed the application process of 504 Assistant posts from 12 June to 03 July 2015. Eligible candidates of age between 18 to 28 years had applied for it. As far as qualifications are concerned, they should have Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWD candidates) in the aggregate and the knowledge of word processing on computer. Now RBI had conducted the written examination as a part of the selection process. So RBI had released results for written exam.

RBI Assistant Syllabus

RBI Asst. GK Questions asked in online exam

Selected candidates will be posted in the Pay Scale of 8,040 – 410 – 9270 – 500 – 11,270 – 550 – 13,470 – 650 – 15,420 – 720 – 16,140 – 990 – 20,100 (20 years) and other allowances.

RBI Assistant Salary: Gross Emoluments will be Rs. 24,429/-.
RBI Assistant Exam was held on 1, 8, 9 and 16 August 2015.

Exam Details: As far as the details of this exam is concerned, the written test is Online Objective exam and will be of 200 marks. There are questions which are asked from 5 sections i.e. General Awareness (with special reference to banking industry), Reasoning, Quantitative aptitude, English and computer awareness, from where the questions will be asked. All sections will carry 40 marks and 40 questions. Negative marking of 0.25 marks for wrong answer applies. Time allowed is 2 hours. To qualify the test, candidates have to clear each section cut-off along with overall cut-off. Those who qualified, have to face interview.
Important Points:

  • Roll No. of the candidates successful in online examination will be available in last week of August , 2015. 
  • Only such number of candidates will be called for interview who stand sufficiently high in merit on the aggregate marks of the Objective Tests, such merit being decided by the Bank in relation to the number of vacancies to be filled in. 
  • Final selection will be on the basis of candidate's performance in the online examination and interview taken together in order of merit. 

RBI Zones:
Selected candidates will be initially posted in RBI’s office within the Recruitment Zone for which they had applied. However, they are liable to be transferred in administrative exigencies to centres grouped and classified into West, South, North and East Zone offices as under:

(a) East Zone:
Bhubaneswar, Guwahati (including all North Eastern states), Kolkata and Patna (including Ranchi).

(b) West Zone:
Ahmedabad, Bhopal (including Raipur), Mumbai (including Belapur), Nagpur, Pune and Panaji.

(c) North Zone:
Chandigarh (including Shimla), Lucknow (including Dehradun), Jaipur, Jammu / Srinagar, Kanpur and New Delhi.

(d) South Zone:
Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram.
