Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) Intelligence Bureau (IB) is going to conduct written test for Personal Assistant posts on 20 March 2016. Earlier Intelligence Bureau had completed the process of getting applications from Indian Nationals for direct recruitment to 69 Personal Assistant posts of General Central Service, Group-‘B’ (Non-Gazetted/Ministerial) in the Intelligence Bureau, (Ministry of Home Affairs), Government of India. Intelligence Bureau had announced the exam date for Personal Asst. posts. it is to conduct P.A. written exam 20 March 2016.
Now the admit card of IB PA is available at below given direct link.
MHA IB will send the admit cards to the candidate's email address as specified by them in their call letter. Those who do not receive their hall ticket can also download them via official website mha.nic.in from here.

Those who got appointed will be paid pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800 plus GP Rs. 4600 (PB-2) (Plus admissible Central Government allowances).

The candidate who had furnished one mobile number in the column provided in the
application form may receive an SMS alert about the downloading of the admit card
for written examination or the skill test or any other information related to the
examination.

Download IB Admit Card for Personal Assistant Exam

The written examination is of total 150 marks. It consists of objective and descriptive type paper to be solved in a composite time of 2 hours. In the Objective type paper, 80 questions are there on General Studies / Awareness, Numerical Ability, Reasoning, etc. There will be 1 mark for each question.
In Descriptive type paper, questions will be based on:
a) Essay in English/Hindi of not more than 300 words on a topic out of 4 choices: 25 marks
b) English/Hindi comprehension: 15 marks
c) Test of English/Hindi language, antonyms, synonyms, one word substitution, etc: 30 marks
Total : 70 marks

Necessary information regarding written examination, downloading of IB admit cards and call letters for the skill test will also be hosted on the website www.mha.nic.in from time to time.

IB PA admit card have all the details like your venue address, pincode etc., general instructions, your username and password (if any), your photograph, roll number, reporting time and date etc. details on the page. You have to carefully read all hte instructions and following them. During the entry and in exam hall, the supervisors / invigilator your admit card and photo id proof.
